Every player starts with one of these chips and when the bust out they give one of their Bounty Chips to the person who busted them and then take the rest to the tournament director to cash out. This is stated in simple terms on the back of the chip: "When you bust out, give one of these Bounty Chips to the person who busted you. Cash out the rest." No additional poker chips or cards are included other than the Bounty Chips.
