• This limited edition toy train engine is based on the McCloud River 2-6-2 No. 9 steam locomotive which is on display at the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum in Sugarcreek, Ohio. It was once a lumber-hauling train, followed by a tourist train before retiring in 2002.
• Measures approx. 3.3" long, 1.9" tall and 1.3" wide.
• Crafted from solid maple and decorated with colorful graphics, printed in non-toxic ink.
• Compatible with the NameTrains Wooden Railway System and most other major wooden train systems.
• Made in Middlebury, Vermont, USA.

Our 2023 annual engine is based on the McCloud River 2-6-2 No. 9 steam locomotive which is on display at the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum in Sugarcreek, Ohio. Originally a lumber hauling train in the early 1900s and later a tourist train, the engine retired in 2001. Compatible with all other NameTrains pieces, track, or accessories along with other wooden track systems.The engine is made from hardwood maple and measures about 3.3" long and 1.9" tall. A great addition to any train set.
