Features: High-speed ball bearings are installed at both ends, and two rubber seals are added to the bearings at the front and rear ends, which has a good waterproof effect. It effectively solves the problems of oil leakage and water ingress during shaft operation.

Process: The whole machine is ground by a grinder to ensure the concentricity of the shaft system and small vibration during high-speed operation.

Note: Because this shaft system has sealing O-rings at both ends, it is normal for the shaft system to be "tight" before adding oil. Just add some lubricating grease with low viscosity. Do not add corrosive grease, which will corrode the O-ring and deform it, resulting in loss of waterproof effect.
