How to make this dusty blue and brown retro balloon garland?
Step1-BLOW IT UP-blow blue,brown, ivory white sand balloons up to different sizes with a hand pump and then tie knots.
Step2-STRING IT-measure and cut the balloon strip to the length you want,pull neutral blue white and coffee balloons knots through holes in the balloon strip
