This is a single stamp as pictured (centering may differ from stock photo) ~ Issued in 1929 the US Post Office commemorated the Battle of Fallen Timbers. In 1794 General Anthony Wayne defeated a large army of Indians at the Battle of Fallen Timbers, located near present-day Toledo, Ohio. In 1975 Wayne forced the Indians to sign the Treaty of Greenville, making the Northwest Territory available for American Settlement.
