Asa Coast Railway DMV, Rail/Road Vehicle The Asa Kaigan Railway is a railway and bus company that connects the city of Kaiyo in Tokushima Prefecture and the city of Toyo in Kochi Prefecture. DMV (Dual Mode Vehicle) is a special vehicle that can drive on tracks and roads by mode changes, and on December 25, 2021, the world's first commercial operation launched in full on the coastal railway.
