A:Firstly,choose the style you want ,We offer two style Single/Couple .
Add to cart ,then buy it .Then,contact us with email or we will contact you in 12hours.You need to prepare a clear photo ,and send to us.We will communicate with you about the details .After communication,we will spend 20Days to make a model,and we will sent the model picture to you to check.We will revise for you 2-3 times for improvement.Confirm with no problem,the product will be sent to bake.About 3-5Days.
At last ,we will deliver our products to you.
Q:Can I return it?
A:Because these works are all handmade by artists who spend a lot of time, we hope to receive your advise during the production process. So before you receive the goods, we will confirm with you .So we do not accept returns for this reason. We only refund 20-30% after our work start, because for custom handmade items you should pay the labor time and material fees if you are not satisfied with the art work or change your mind .
If the product is damaged due to transportation, we will give you some advice on repairing the product and will give you a discounts.Because the returned shipping costs are too expensive. Of course, we will guarantee the integrity of the goods to the greatest extent.
